Payment Options
All prices on our site are in pounds sterling.
We accept payment using all of the following:
Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Delta.
UK orders - Please allow 7 working days from placing your order for mainland UK deliveries. A delivery charge of £3.95 applies to all UK orders.
We use Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service to send out our products. All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival, so when ordering you may want to specify that your item is delivered to your work address.
International orders - Please allow 10 working days from placing your order for International deliveries. A delivery charge of £6.95 applies to all International orders.
We will post the items by Royal Mail's Aisure, which uses a tracking system, or by International Signed For, which requires a signature at the delivery address.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange as long as this is requested within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Goods must be returned in perfect condition and accompanied by the delivery note.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
